Will my AMD PC work with the XYZ 3D scanner?

I ordered a XYZprinting 3D scanner, and was super excited to scan some models but then I saw a tutorial saying it only works with Intel CPUs. The thing is I've got an AMD Ryzen 7, now I'm wondering if it'll even run, I am hoping it's just outdated info and not a hard limit.

As long as your computer has a supported operating system, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I'm hoping that's true too, I'll test it out on my Ryzen setup and see if the software runs without issues

Yeah, I had a similar thing happen. I bought some thing that said it only worked with Intel. I used it on my Ryzen computer and it was fine. Hopefully yours will be okay too. Sometimes the info is just old and they didn't change it
